How long does shipping take?

Australia: Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days, while express shipping takes 2–5 business days. We do our best to dispatch orders the same day they are received.

International (outside Australia): Delivery may take 2–3 weeks, depending on your location and local postal services.
How do I tack my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click the link in your email or enter the tracking number on the courier’s website to follow your parcel’s journey.
My ring has tarnished, now what?
We use high-quality materials and plating to ensure your jewellery stays beautiful. However, if any tarnishing does occur, please email us at dionethelabel99@gmail.com and we’ll happily replace it, no questions asked.
My order hasn’t arrived / seems to be lost
If your order hasn’t been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at dionethelabel99@gmail.com. We’ll investigate the issue with the courier and keep you updated every step of the way. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and make sure your order reaches you.
Can I change my shipping address?
