REFUND POLICY

Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging.

• To start a return, please contact us at dionethelabel99@gmail.com.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• We work with high-quality materials, but if your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please email us. We’ll replace it no questions asked.

Exchanges

• If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement once the original piece is returned.

Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.

• Gift cards and sale items are also non-refundable.
